Whatever this long grassy plant is in our front yard, it always blooms into these pretty blue/purple stalk-ish flowers in the fall. Very pretty!

Bengal was diagnosed with lymphoma yesterday. He's lost quite a bit of weight in the last few weeks, and he is clearly not feeling like himself. There really isn't much that can be done except to keep him comfortable.

Different theater this time. Another of the amazing windows done at our usual theater. These are hand painted. The Katniss one is a flat cardboard cutout, though the painting makes it look quite dimensional. The bird behind her, though, really is dimensional on part of its wings (look just above her head).
